Progress Reports and Report Cards

The best way to access your (or your students) grades is to use the PARENT PORTAL.  This service allows you to view current grades, homework assignments, quiz and test score information.  You can also access your attendance, graduation status and other pertinent information.

When should I expect to get report cards IN THE MAIL?

For each semester you will receive the following:

· ·6 week- “D” and/or “F” grades are reported

· 9 week- all grades are reported- this is the quarter report

· 14 week- “D” and/or “F” grades are reports

· 18 week- all grades are reported, this is the semester report card, these grades go on your transcript.

 *Please note this is when the grades are reported.  You should receive them in the mail around this time.
